The Chief Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial activities, including sales, marketing, customer relations, and revenue generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance profitability.
2. Lead and supervise the commercial team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
3. Identify market opportunities and trends to capitalize on potential business prospects.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to promote business growth and foster collaboration.
5. Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and industry trends to devise competitive strategies.
6. Analyze sales and market data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to streamline processes and optimize business outcomes.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all commercial activities.
9. Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial management, sales, marketing, or related field, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess market opportunities and formulate effective business strategies.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and market dynamics.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
