The selected candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects undertaken by NBCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage projects in accordance with NBCC’s guidelines and objectives.
  2. Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet organizational goals.
  4. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary constraints.
  5. Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
  6. Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  8. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment conducive to professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: Rs.90,000 – 2,40,000/-Per Month
