Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in legal proceedings by conducting research, preparing case materials, and drafting legal documents.
- Support prosecution teams by providing legal advice, preparing witnesses, and assisting in court appearances.
- Analyze case facts, statutes, regulations, and legal precedents to provide accurate legal opinions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, government officials, and legal professionals to ensure effective prosecution strategies.
- Maintain case files, records, and documentation in compliance with legal standards and organizational policies.
- Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and legal procedures relevant to the prosecution process.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in legal practice or prosecution is preferred.
- Knowledge of criminal law, procedural law, evidence law, and relevant legal frameworks.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and legal research tools.
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 40 years of age as of January 1, 2025. Age relaxation is applicable for specified categories as per RPSC norms.
Selection Process: The selection process involves a written examination followed by an interview conducted by the Rajasthan Public Service Commission.
