Utkal Balashram Gajapati is seeking applications for the position of Superintendent. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the organization. 8. Handle escalated issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.

10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of services provided.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree or MBA in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software.

Salary: Rs. 33,100/- per month
