Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care including administering medications, dressing wounds, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with personal hygiene.
2. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care plans.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
4. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures.
5. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
6. Participate in continuous education and training programs to stay updated on nursing practices and procedures.
7. Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed 10th, 12th, and possess a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) certificate from a recognized board or university.
2. Age Limit: Maximum age limit for applicants is 65 years.
3. Registration: Must be registered with the Maharashtra Nursing Council.
4. Experience: Prior experience in a healthcare setting will be an added advantage.
5. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
